Our General Website: This includes https://www.quatrainanalytics.com and https://www.iswiit.com, along with their subdomains and associated domains accessible to the public. This Privacy Notice covers individuals who visit our General Website ("Visitors").
Our Platforms and Services: This includes all online services that reference this notice (collectively, our "Services"). Our Services require user login functionality, including logins available through our General Website. The term "Services" encompasses "iSwiit.com" and all its associated sub-modules.
We offer products and solutions designed to assist teachers, educators, coaches, counselors, and administrators ("Educators") in analyzing student data to enhance academic performance. Schools may appoint account contacts or administrators ("School Account Managers") to manage their Services. Additionally, our Services enable schools and Educators to track State Mandated Reports and communicate with Students, their Parents, and/or Guardians ("Parents").
When you interact with us online, we collect the information you provide and other data related to your use of our Services, including information from your device. We use this data to operate our business and for various purposes outlined below. We also detail the choices available to you regarding your information.
This Privacy Notice does not apply to information that is de-identified or anonymized, meaning it cannot be linked to any individual, household, or device.
Additionally, this Privacy Notice does not cover third-party entities. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or communications. If you are a Student or Parent seeking information about how your school handles personal data, we encourage you to contact your school directly.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver our Services and maintain our General Website, we collect information that can personally identify you. Additionally, we gather data about the devices and equipment you use to access our Services and General Website, including usage details.
We obtain this information from various sources, including:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us
- From Educators, Students, or Parents using our Services
- Automatically, as you interact with our General Website or Services
- For our General Website, from third-party sources such as analytics providers
- For our Services, from third-party educational technology providers or programs that your school has authorized to share data with us to support our service
2. Who Can Access Our Services?
Our Services are available to School Account Managers and Educators. Below is a summary of our key practices for each group.
School Account Managers
sPersonal Information Collected: We collect your first and last name, contact details (such as email address, phone number, and mailing address), school affiliation, role, login credentials, and technical usage data when you interact with our Services. Additionally, we collect support communications, records of interactions with others on our platform (including Educators, Parents, and School Administrators), and any other information necessary to provide the specific Service.
How We Use This Information:
- Manage the Services account and business relationship on behalf of your school or organization
- Enable you to log in and access the Services
- Provide functionality, such as setting up and overseeing Educator accounts
- Process transactions and payments
- Manage your account and offer support
- Inform you about new or related services
- Fulfill other general purposes (e.g., enforcing legal terms, complying with regulations) as outlined in [Other Ways We Use Information We Collect]
Educators/Assigned Users
Personal Information Collected: We collect your first and last name, contact details (such as email address, phone number, and mailing address), school affiliation, professional credentials, job title, login credentials, and technical usage data when you interact with our Services. We also gather support communications, records of interactions with other users (including Educators, Parents, and School Administrators), and any other information required to deliver the Service. Our platform also associates Educators with their respective schools, Students, Parents, and assigned classes.
How We Use This Information:
- Allow you to log in and use the Services
- Provide Service functionality, including:
- Interacting with others through the platform
- Measuring and reporting Student progress and benchmarks
- Monitoring attendance and discipline programs
- Tracking state and local assessments
- Managing Student records and information
- Maintain your account and provide support
- Fulfill other general purposes (e.g., enforcing legal terms, complying with regulations) as outlined in [Other Ways We Use Information We Collect]
3. Information Collection on Our General Website
If you visit our General Website, we may collect certain personal information, including your name, email address, district or school name, job title, phone number, and state. This information may be gathered when you request a service demonstration, complete a form on our website, contact us via email, or otherwise engage with us.
We use this information to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries, including providing the information you request. Additionally, we may use it to send you marketing communications and promotional materials.
4. Other Information Collection, Logging, and Automatically Collected Information
In all cases, we may collect and use additional information that you choose to provide or that we obtain with your consent.

To enhance our services, we may also retain and use your information in an anonymized or de-identified format where your identity is not recognizable. Such information is not subject to the same usage restrictions as personal information and can be used to improve our products and services, conduct research, or for other business purposes.
6. How We Secure Information
We are committed to maintaining measures to protect the security of your information. For example, we use the following methods subject to our internal policies and procedures:

If you are an Administrator, Educator, Parent, or Student, we may retain your information for as long as our Services are provided to your school or organization. Additionally, even after you stop using our Services, we may continue to store your information in accordance with our data backup procedures and the terms outlined in our contractual agreement with the Customer.
We may also retain your information for extended periods when necessary to comply with federal, state, or local legal requirements, protect or defend against legal claims, or as permitted under applicable contractual terms. In specific situations, such as ongoing litigation, we may be required to retain data for an extended duration.
8. How We Share Information
We may share your information with third parties as reasonable to operate our business, to provide the General Website and Services to you and others, as permitted or required by law, or as directed or authorized by you.
Intra-Service Sharing. If you are a School Account Manager, Educator, Parent, or Student, your information may be accessible to other Service users. For instance, if you are a Parent of a Student, information in your Student's profile may be accessible to other users of our Service, including those Educators in your school or school district who you choose to communicate with.
Affiliated Companies. For all users, we may share some or all of your information with our parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us. For example, if you are a School Account Manager, Educator, Parent, or Student, we may share information with affiliates who act to support the provision of Services to particular schools or organizations.
Service Providers and Third Party Sharing. Like most companies, we work with third parties to help us provide our Services and to support our internal operations. In some cases, these third parties may use information subject to their own privacy policies and to comply with their own legal and regulatory obligations. We work with different types of third parties, presently including:
- Information hosting, storage, and cloud service providers
- Payment processing companies
- Security service providers
- Technical and customer support providers
- Analytics providers (though we generally do not permit analytics providers to utilize information for their own purposes with respect to Parents, Educators, or Students)
- Marketing and promotions providers (though we generally do not work with marketing and promotions providers on our own behalf with respect to Parents, Educators, or Students)
In general, we have contracts with our service providers that address their protection of information. We reserve the right to modify which particular third parties we work with at any time. We may update this Privacy Notice regarding such third parties. See the Updates to Our Privacy Notice section to learn how to become informed of these updates. Please note that we do not control and are not responsible for third parties that schools may choose to work with.
Professional Advisors, Law Enforcement, and Regulators. We may share your information with our professional advisors who provide legal, compliance, auditing, accounting, banking, consulting, or similar services, and with teachers, school districts, regulators, law enforcement, or government agencies to:
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including those compliance obligations of federal, state, or local regulators
- Protect our interests, property, or legal rights, or those of our customers or third parties
- Respond to a subpoena, court order, or similar law enforcement request, or when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of this Privacy Notice or other applicable terms
- For other legal purposes, such as to enforce our terms and conditions, or to exercise or defend legal claims
Corporate Transaction. Updating Personal Information
Educators and School Administrators: You can update certain personal information by logging into your account. However, as permitted by law, we may decline requests to modify or delete information if doing so would violate legal requirements, result in inaccuracies, or interfere with the delivery of our Services.
Parents and Students: If you are a Parent seeking to update your own or your Student's information as maintained by a school or organization using our Services, please contact that school or organization directly.
Marketing and Other Communications
Who May Receive Marketing Communications: If you are a Visitor, School Administrator, or have explicitly consented, you may receive marketing communications from Quatrain Analytics or iSwiit. We do not send marketing communications to Parents or Students.
Opting Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the opt-out link in each email. However, even after opting out, you may continue to receive non-marketing communications related to your account or our Services.
Messages from Educators: Parents and Students may receive messages from Educators through our platform. These communications are managed by the Educators, not by us.
Cookies: Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you can adjust your browser settings to notify you when cookies are being placed or to block them altogether. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our website.
Other Rights: Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access or delete your data.
10. Updates to Our Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice periodically to clarify our practices or reflect changes. If any updates are made, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this notice. Unless stated otherwise, changes take effect once they are posted.
