Highlights from our week at txEDCON 2025 and what we heard from Texas district leaders about attendance, truancy, and DAEP systems.
Every year, txEDCON brings together superintendents, board members, and education leaders from across Texas to talk about what is working in schools and what still needs to change. In September 2025 we were grateful to be part of that conversation in Houston, sharing how iSwiit can help districts manage attendance, safety, wellness, and student support in one place.
At Booth 745, our team spent the week walking leaders through live demos of iSwiit, our unified platform built for K-12 districts. We focused especially on modules like Truancy Monitor and DAEP Monitor, since many visitors were looking for practical ways to respond to chronic absence and manage placements with more clarity and consistency.
Across the demos, we highlighted how iSwiit brings eight modules together on a single platform so that teams are not jumping between spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems. One platform, one data ecosystem, and one shared view of the student.
For many leaders, the most valuable part of the demo was seeing how iSwiit keeps work organized around real workflows. They could see who owns each step, what has already been tried with a student, and what needs to happen next. Instead of reactive, last minute responses, the goal is to give districts tools that support early visibility, documented interventions, and coordinated follow-through.
We also heard a clear message from superintendents and board members who stopped by the booth. They want technology that respects staff time, fits into existing processes, and makes it easier to comply with state requirements without losing sight of the student. Their questions and feedback will continue to shape how we design and refine iSwiit.
Most of all, txEDCON 2025 reaffirmed our mission at Quatrain Analytics: to help districts work smarter, not harder, while giving educators better ways to track, intervene, and support student success.
If you were not able to visit us in Houston, we would be glad to share the same demo with your team. You can explore more about iSwiit and its modules on our site or contact us to schedule a conversation.
